Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form on the site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A coaching day, rental, storage arrangement, or partnership is confirmed only after we follow up and both sides agree on the details. Availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation.

Riding risk and safety

Motorcycle riding, track riding, and racing involve inherent risk of injury or death. Nothing on this site removes that risk. Any on-track activity is subject to a separate agreement, waivers, and the rules of the track and event organizer. You are responsible for riding within your ability and using appropriate safety gear.

Partner information

Our partner directory lists independent businesses and organizations. We provide their information as a convenience and do not control them. Your dealings with any partner are between you and that partner.

Intellectual property

The motoBRP name, logo, and site content are owned by us or used with permission. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those partners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, motoBRP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
